Emanuele graduated in law at Università Cattolica of Milan in 2002 and was admitted to the Milan Bar of the Italian Attorneys-at-law in 2006 (admitted to argue before the Supreme Court in 2018). He has been enrolled in the Italian bar of the industrial property consultants – Trademark branch since 2016 and in the San Marino bar since 2018.
Emanuele is an Italian and European trademark and design attorney with a broad and long-standing experience in a wide-range of intellectual property matters. He is also a cctld .it domain name panelist and a Technical Consultant of the Court of Milan in trademarks, designs and domain names.
Emanuele's practice mainly covers areas of expertise such as trademark law (pre-filing search analysis; trademark filing; trademark prosecution; opposition proceedings and cancellation/invalidation actions; out of court negotiations, licensing and co-existence agreements), unfair competition law, design law, copyright law, domain names law and customs law.
He is a member of ECTA, INTA, AIPPI, LES and AICIPI. Emanuele was listed by Who's Who Legal among the 22 leading Italian Trademark Attorneys and is currently listed in WTR and other IP directories. He usually writes articles on IP-related matters for the on-line juridical magazine named "Sistema Società" and published by IlSole24Ore.
